Full Stack Developer + Project Manager

At Cuban Engineer, our team is growing, and finding skilled project managers for our teams is a top priority. As a leading private software company specializing in innovative software solutions, we require enhanced organization and communication between our teams and customers.

We seek a highly qualified Project Manager with full-stack competency and development skills to join our company and help lead our development teams. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of software development processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and demonstrable experience as a project manager. For this position, one is required to live in Havana.

Responsabilidades

Lead the team responsible for achieving the project objectives, recognizing the team's good work, and taking action to eradicate problems.
Coordinate all stakeholders of the project ensuring correct communication and understanding.
Control the resources assigned to the project to meet the objectives set.
Manage the project's constraints (scope, schedule, cost, quality, etc.).
Managing tasks.

Habilidades y Experiencia

Extensive experience as a project manager, more than 3 years for at least 2 customers.
Good negotiation techniques.
Mastery of programming logic and knowledge of at least one programming language.
Mastery of agile methodologies.
Dialogue capacity. A Project Manager must have the basic skills to communicate their ideas and messages to the groups under their charge.
Analysis and management. Excellent ability to make decisions based on analysis, planning, resource management, and setting and meeting deadlines.
Mastery of tools that allow the management of tasks such as GitLab, Trello, etc.
Being proficient with Cloud systems like AWS is a plus.
